SANA international in partnership with Act! Kenya developed a programme that focuses on contributing to the establishment of Water Sector Policy Framework for efficient and effective management of water resources in Kisumu County. This report is on the water services standards assessment using citizen report card (CRC) tools. The CRC is supposed to capture the public perception on Water, Sanitation & Hygiene service delivery in Kisumu County. The study looked at the following aspects: access to and satisfaction with services, performance level of the utilities based on the minimum standards set by sector’s benchmarks, and solid waste management and costs.
