- Excellence: We will deliver our promises and add value that goes beyond expectations, by putting our personal and professional best, innovation, learning and continuous improvement.
- Timeliness: We will deliver outputs in time, and view time as a key resource and critical performance indicator in our operations.
Our Philosophy:
We believe that water and sanitation security is critical for improved quality of human health. Strategic partnerships, equity in resource allocation, good governance, and Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) are also vital for universal and sustainable access to WASH services. We will dedicate resources towards these as a basis of contributing to universal WASH access.
Niche:
We pursue a systems approach that seeks to link WASH service delivery to the greater development nexus, particularly food and nutrition security, education, health, environment/Climate Change and energy. We thus will continue to explore and exploit opportunities for innovative WASH solutions for sustainable and equitable access to quality WASH services to schools and households. In all our interventions and process, due consideration will be granted to gender concerns.
